- You need Fillet of fish dori.
- You need of Keju, diparut.
- Prepare of Jeruk lemon.
- Prepare of Daun peterseli/daun selendry.
- Prepare of Tepung bumbu serbaguna.
- You need of Telor.
- It's of Garam dan lada.
- It's 1 sdm of Butter.
- You need 1 sdm of minyak goreng.
- Prepare of Bahan Sauce :.
- You need 1 siung of bawang putih, cincang.

Fish Francaise Sauce instructions
- Cuci bersih ikan lalu beri perasan lemon.
- Siapkan 2 wadah: Wadah 1, masukkan telor, garam, lada, peterseli, dan keju. Aduk rata Wadah 2 untuk tepung bumbu serbaguna Lumuri ikan dori ke wadah 2 (tepung) lalu ke wadah 1 (telor).
- Siapkan dan panaskan griddle pan beri sedikit minyak goreng dan butter. Lalu masukkan ikan yg sdh dilumuri.
- Cara membuat saus : Tambahkan butter dan masukkan bawang putih masak hingga harum, lalu beri air, garam, lada, kaldu, kecap, lemon dan peterseli. aduk rata, koreksi rasa dan siap disaji.
