Soto Paru step by step

  1. Cuci bersih paru, rebus dengan daun salam hingga mendidih, buang air rebusan, lalu rebus kembali hingga empuk, angkat dan tiriskan, potong dadu.
  2. Cuci bersih kentang lalu potong dadu, goreng hingga agak kering (bian : kentang tanpa dikupas).
  3. Tumis baput dan bamer hingga harum, masukkan jahe, serai dan daun jeruk.
  4. Tambahkan air, kunyit bubuk, kaldu jamur, gula pasir, lada dan garam secukupnya, aduk rata.
  5. Masukkan paru dan masak sambil terus diaduk hingga mendidih, tes dan koreksi rasa, matikan kompor.
  6. Tata potongan kentang, potongan kol serta tomat, lalu siram dengan kuah paru, beri taburan daun bawang - sajikan Selamat mencoba.
