Soto Paru step by step
- Cuci bersih paru, rebus dengan daun salam hingga mendidih, buang air rebusan, lalu rebus kembali hingga empuk, angkat dan tiriskan, potong dadu.
- Cuci bersih kentang lalu potong dadu, goreng hingga agak kering (bian : kentang tanpa dikupas).
- Tumis baput dan bamer hingga harum, masukkan jahe, serai dan daun jeruk.
- Tambahkan air, kunyit bubuk, kaldu jamur, gula pasir, lada dan garam secukupnya, aduk rata.
- Masukkan paru dan masak sambil terus diaduk hingga mendidih, tes dan koreksi rasa, matikan kompor.
