- Siapkan bahan" ya dl ya bund Rebus air + daun salam,ketika mendidih masukkan daging & tulangan.rebus -/+ 10mnt,tutup pancinya.diamkan hingg agak dingin kemudian rebus lg -/+ 7mnt.matikan api.tunggu dingin,angkat dagingnya,kemudian potong".. Airnya disaring.yg bersih nanti dibuat kuah..
- Haluskan bumbu halus,kemudian tumis bersama laos,serre & jahe.tumis hingga matang & harum..
- Didihkan air kuah & daging,bila sekiranya airnya kurang bs ditambah ya.setelah mendidih matikan kompor dl. masukkan bumbu halus tadi,beserta santan,susu bubuk & bumbu cemplung lainnya.beri bumbu jg.api jgn terlalu besar.sesekali diaduk ya,biar santan ga pecah.terakhir cek rasa.
